First we need to look and ask ourselves how many workouts are we honestly putting in 100% effort or more? Are you training as hard as you can in ALL aspects of your training?
Some people do give 110% effort on some things and slacking on others, there is value in all the things and it shouldn’t be about getting to “cherry pick” the things you want to apply yourself at. People need to apply themselves with the same levels of intensity and effort at all things!!! this develops not only ourselves physically but mentally as well.
Another reason is that you may not be practicing the proper technique and had been taught wrong and have drilled bad technique over and over.
